Tips for Instagram
- Styled Unicode works in the bio and name fields, not in the @username field — expect the app to silently reject or strip it there.
- A bio with every line in a different style reads as cluttered; one styled line plus plain text usually looks more deliberate than styling everything.
- Test copy-paste on your own bio before relying on it — some very new or heavily decorated styles render as boxes on older phones and some Android keyboards.
Compatibility
Letter-substitution styles like bold, cursive and small caps are plain Unicode characters and generally display correctly across current iOS and Android.
